Identifying and reporting the staffing needs of colleges and institutes Hiring replacements for resigned, contract-ended, or retired employees Participating in recruitment committees and conducting interviews

Preparing and coordinating faculty scholarship (study abroad) requests from initial submission to completion, in accordance with the scholarship plan and regulations Following up on security clearance requests as per the scholarship plan Monitoring the status of sponsored scholars and submitting scholarship extension requests

The unit is responsible for handling all tasks related to the maintenance and operation of college and institute buildings and facilities, including the following: Building maintenance requests Environmental services requests

The unit is responsible for managing all tasks related to warehouses and inventory control, including the following: Coordinating inventory audits with the designated committees Handling assets and property of the Royal Commission in accordance with warehouse and inventory control procedures

Educational Equipment Maintenance ContractManaging the maintenance contract for educational equipment in colleges and institutes, and ensuring the provision of materials, supplies, and spare parts for laboratories and workshops in accordance with the approved plan.

Procurement TasksManaging procurement-related tasks, including: Identifying the material and supply needs of colleges and institutes Classifying and reviewing materials in approved purchase requests (Royal Commission budget / internal funds)

Providing the necessary support for sector events and celebrations in coordination with the following departments: Operations and Maintenance Sector Support Services Sector Industrial Relations Department
