Graduates of OMNG Program will:

1.     Pursue a successful career in the field of Office Management;

2.     Work effectively as individuals or in professional teams to accomplish tasks and solve organizational problems in the area of office management;

3.     Demonstrate effective communication skills; 

4.     Enhance their professional skills by means of continuous education and development; and

5.     Demonstrate professional and ethical responsibilities towards their profession, society and the environment as well as the respect for diversity.

Student Outcomes (SOs):

  • Acquired knowledge, techniques, skills and the use of modern equipment/devices to adequately defined office management processes and practices.
  • Apply knowledge of organization, management, and information technology to solve basic and practical problems in the field of office management.
  • Conduct standard tests and measurements for examining and analyzing uses of office technology equipment and processes.
  • Function effectively as a member of a technical team.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve adequately defined office management problems.
  • Apply written, oral, graphical and electronic communication in non-technical or administrative environment; and an ability to identify and use appropriate office software programs and applications.
  • Understand the need for and engage in self-directed continuing professional development.
  • Understand and show a commitment to address professional and ethical responsibilities, including a respect for diversity.
  • Show a commitment to quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
